Cizza Group Company Limited, a leader in “Investment Property” (IP) development, presented the Wyndham Nai Harn Beach Phuket Project. It is a 4-storey building, divided into 2 types of rooms with the sizes of 40 square meters or more and 60 square meters, totaling 353 units. There are 12 buildings constructed on Nai Harn Beach. Wyndham Hotel Group, the global resort and hotel business group, becomes its partner to perform the management when the project is completed. Investment yields are allocated to investors under the IP investment contract. There were many investors interested in this project at the investment seminar “Thun Hoon” held at the Mahisorn conference room, Siam Commercial Bank, on June 22, 2019. It was well received from the participants.
