- Support and facilitate Sales team for the whole sales process
- Primary communication and solve problem for dealer and customers
- Make and order sheet, quotation, purchase order, payment schedule, confirmation letter, and other document.
- Collect all necessary documentation to provide lease agreement
- Ensure completeness of all documentation of department
- Co-ordinate with internal Departments; Business Support, Credit Admin, Accounting & Finance to complete task in each process; Input customer information, credit analysis, agreement process, payment to Dealer, etc.
- Bachelor Degree in any field
- Experience 1-2 years’ experience in documentation work, admin, sale support function
